I. Features

1. Construction mixer, grouting equipment, template and maintenance items should be prepared before grouting.
2. When secondary grouting, the horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled at about 100 mm, and the elevation of the top of the formwork on the upper surface of the equipment base should not be lower than 50 mm.
3. When the concrete structure is renovated and reinforced, the formwork support should have sufficient grouting and venting holes, the grouting hole diameter should not be less than 50 mm, and the spacing should not be more than 1000 mm
4. When mixing cement-based grouting materials, water should be added according to the amount of water required for the product. Mechanical mixing should be used. When mixing, add 2/3 of water for about 3 minutes, then add the remaining water and mix until uniform, the mixing time should not be less than 5 minutes. The mixing place should be close to the grouting place and ensure the continuity of grouting. The amount of mixing at a time should depend on the amount used to ensure that the material is used up within 30 minutes. Do not add water to mix the unused portion.
